My partner and I were looking to buy our first home together, when we view the apartment that Ron had listed it was the ball drop moment. Ron made the first viewing super easy, he was really approachable, had good knowledge of the location and the apartment complex and was professional. Once my partner found out we were successful in getting the apartment Ron helped guide us through the process when required, during the entire process it felt really genuine vs trying to make money. Ron really wanted to see us succeed. Once we had gone unconditional Ron was just as stoked for us as we were! This was really cool to see made us feel even more excited about getting the property.
