I am very fortunate to have Dan Eacock as my real estate agent during the ongoing process of selling my house. Dan is highly competent, relatable, reliable, proactive, understanding and down-to-earth. He treated all my queries with respect and honest, straight forward answers and explanations, while also making sure I was informed about potential issues which may arise that I may not have been aware of. He outlined the potential market/buyers with a simple explanation of why an auction would be best in my situation, and he was dead right. While the sale price not ideal for me which was due to my tenants and I feel Dan's strategy around the sale of my property, considering its condition, definitely optimised the outcome
