Above and beyond…

We met Brent when we missed out one of his his listings in a street that we had already put offers in on several other houses over the previous year. We were very disappointed and still wanted to live on that street. Brent went in to bat for us and tracked down a house more suitable that was not even on the market. He negotiated on our behalf with the vendors and got us though some tricky patches. The process was made so pleasant by most of the interactions happening in person and sometimes at the property over a beer on a Friday afternoon. Even moving was made easier because Brent let us use his van. We will certainly talk to Brent first when we move next and I do not hesitate to recommend him.
