Reassuring and respectful

Mike was very friendly and reassuring. It was like having my Dad there! He was also very obliging, arranging a viewing during a long weekend on short notice and responding to my texts out of working hours. He listened to my concerns and treated them with respect, responding kindly and knowledgeably. He made sure I knew exactly what would come next and what I needed to do. Mike seemed genuinely pleased for me when I signed the documents with a formal handshake turning into a warm hug. As a single woman, I felt safe and respected dealing with Mike.
