An absolute gem!

I knew Carolyn was the perfect person to sell the house from the very first email. Her initial communication was fantastic. She went above and beyond for me. (I wasn't on hand or even in the same island and dealing with a difficult situation.) When we met, I felt that Dad's home was safe in her hands. Carolyn was 100% in and prepared to get the house sold. She rolled her sleeves up and got stuck in. I'd never come across a realestate agent that actually cleans windows before! She knew what it would take to get the house ready and how limited our time was in Marlborough. We did as much as we could and then she stepped in and worked her magic. She knows the market and had the experience to guide me through the process and the subsequent sale. We had a few challenges along the way but Carolyn took everything in her stride. No question was left unanswered. Her communication skills are excellent. She's not just a realestate agent, she's a mine of information with a heart of gold. Nothing is too much trouble, no matter what. Selling a house remotely, I needed someone I could trust to work with me - and she provided that peace of mind and then some! Carolyn's support, professionalism, and guidance never wavered. She is a gem and I am so pleased to have had her in my corner!
