Treated Like a Million-Dollar Client – Even When I Wasn’t

This is the second time I’ve had Gavin sell a house for us, and once again he went above and beyond. He made sure the house looked its absolute best and found a buyer who genuinely loved it as much as I did. There were a few hiccups along the way at no fault of his and honestly, most agents would’ve stepped back. But Gavin genuinely cared. He stayed in it with me, helped to sort everything out, and made a really stressful time feel manageable. What really meant a lot is that this wasn’t a million-dollar home, and it wouldn't have been a huge commission for him – but you’d never know it. He treated me like I was just as important as any other client. I’m so grateful for his support, patience, and care.
