Talitha is Outstanding!!

Talitha is outstanding!! She helped us navigate a tricky house purchase as the vendors loved their property and seemed reluctant at times to sell. We tried on three different occasions to purchase the property and Talitha was always there with her cool and calm demeanour to make sure the journey was a stress free experience for us, and Im sure the Vendors also. She helped us to remove the emotion from the deal which is why I believe we were eventually successful, as the negotiation stage is a very heightened occasion. She was an asset for us as buyers and would imagine that she would be extremely effective as a sellers agent as she would be able to help make what is a very stressful time, a lot easier. As a previous Property Developer, I have bought and sold a lot of property over the years, and wish I had known Talitha earlier as she defiantly would have been charged with listing and selling all of my new builds for me!
