Ash and Harsh teamed up to enable the effective sale of our home in the New Windsor area.

Team Ash and Harsh were very effective communicators to both myself and prospective buyers. They with my input decided auction would be the best sales platform to secure the best result. They managed to get 8 parties into an auction room which resulted in a sale. The market was down at the time therefore any sale required a far amount of hard work to secure a sale which Ash and Harsh were more then capable of. Whilst we never achieved the original sales price we had set, a sale in this hard market was still secured.
