A thoroughly professional service all round

Several years ago I reached out to Rachel to have her do an appraisal of our rental property in Papamoa. At the time I was still working as a salesperson for Harcourts in Auckland myself but she kept in touch with me over the years. Now retired, when it came time to sell, naturally I contacted Rachel. She has organised everything for us, the staging, the marketing, open homes, any small maintenance issues, lawnmowing during the sale period and the successful auction! Her professional communication gave us the confidence and knowledge as to what was happening at all stages of the auction campaign. She was always available, even if I had questions after normal working hours and she always had a prompt reply. Being in Auckland, we thought we would need to travel down to Papamoa at some stage of the sale period but Rachel took care of absolutely everything for us. We are very grateful for her very professional service and I have already recommended her to another friend who is also looking to sell a property there. Just 10 days since the auction, today was settlement day. In a difficult market, it is essential to employ an agent that knows what they are doing and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.
