Casey was professional and also had a friendly nature that made you feel safe to ask questions

Fantastic Market knowledge. Kept us informed about anything we needed to know and also helped us with anything we didn't know . He also came to our work place to help my husband and I know what was going to happen next and what stages we were at. He was punctual with everything he sent us and also excellent with following us up. When Casey went to Australia for a work conference he made sure we told and said Jeremy would be looking after us while gone. Jeremy was also more than fantastic, and we felt right at home with his lovely friendly nature and professional knowledge too. He was very professional and also genuine and caring too of any of our concerns around the house. My husband and I felt very fortunate and privileged to have such excellent service and work done for us by Casey and Jeremy. The extra bonus as well is that they were both genuine and authentic right from the beginning to the end. I was saying to Casey that I really liked the fact we didnt feel pressured when we first went to view the house. He was genuinely warm and welcoming and gave us exactly what we needed know without being pushy at all. Husband and I felt valued and cared for right from the start.
