As soon as we listed the house with Tim he hit the ground running and together with his team was totally focused on getting a result. Open homes were presented every Sunday to encourage interest which proved successful. We were regularly updated after each open home with how many viewings and the extent of interest. We were advised of any offers that were presented and Tim negotiated with a potential buyer in a professional manner to achieve the best possible outcome. Taking into account today's market we were pleased with the eventual result.
