This property had a lot of good features to make it saleable ie.corner section,800mtrs from city square and subdividable.However there were many difficulties including tenants that were reluctant to have open homes,4 executors of the estate to get approval,partial Healthy Homes certificate,sale over Xmas with council closed and a purchaser who needed a lot of Ginas time to help through some difficult issues.Gina negotiated her way through all this with great skill.The property was on the market less than a week when we had a multiple offer situation.(7 offers)This is the 4th property Gina has sold for us.Her skills,communication,knowledge of property and friendliness is a credit to her and to Harcourts.I would not hesitate to use her and Harcourts with future sales
