Great connection!
From the moment we walked in we felt at ease and just right about the Property even though we had a back-up offer on another house. Luckily for us that didn't eventuate and we were able to pursue this property and were successful in purchasing it. Chloe (and Deb Quin) guided us through a multi-offer situation enabling us to place an offer and negotiate with the vendors. Chloe and Deb were both very personable and understanding without unduly pressuring us. Chloe was very professional but also shared our excitement at purchasing our dream home.
