Never having had any experience with agents before we found Sue to be very friendly, easy to talk to and on the whole very pleasant to deal with. Professionally, we found her advice on how to prepare the property for sale extremely helpful and ultimately achieved the goal of selling. She provided us with advice regarding the market, recent sales and present sales, and advised us accurately on what to expect Sue helped us to organise contractors and helped with the supervision of them , meeting with them , giving them access which was invaluable as we did not live in the area. Sue was always available and on time whenever we had a meeting. Regarding the administration side of things, she had everything organised, was very clear about the process and explained everything to us as we went along. Overall we were very happy with Sue and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
