Supportive, calm and excellent communication

Natalie went above and beyond, trying to help in any way possible when difficulties came about. Her encouragement and resolve minimised any unexpected stresses. She listened to my ideas and opinions and gave reserved opinions as required so that I could be fully informed but still not feel pressured and make my own decisions. She was a pleasure to work with and I would happily buy or sell any properties through her again, even in a more uncertain market.
