Communication

Wendy provided good communication, always responding to messages immediately and very supportive to get things across the line. She has an old school approach and knows her market and region well. Encouraged second viewing which I’m glad we followed through with and had a builder attend with us. She was prepared with documentation at that viewing and we were able to make our first offer. During unconditional stage she has continued to maintain contact checking in on our progress and updating on tenant vacating.
