When my wife & I decided to sell our house in New Lynn, my sister recommended Ankur who had helped her secure a lovely home in Mt Roskill as a buyer's agent. After Ankur & I first spoke soon after, he made an appointment to view the property and came back to me with advice about work needing to be done and a timeline for progressing the sale. Over the next few months, we communicated regularly and once the property was vacated in early May, Ankur visited the property and immediately engaged a handyman to provide a quote for the renovation work. Once the quote was finalised and work began, Ankur made regular check ins and kept me in the loop. Meanwhile, he also brought around interested parties to view the house while it was under renovation. Once the work was completed and the house was put on the market, Ankur joined by his colleague Alisha conducted weekly open homes and followed up with visitors, one of whom was the couple that purchased the house. The deal went from a visit to discussions to an offer to being under contract within 3 days. This was within 3 weeks of the house going on the market in mid-June. A week later we went unconditional and a month later, the house is now settled! In the title, I have stated: "Ankur gave his all and went above and beyond". I will share just one of many examples. During the pre-settlement inspection, we found an issue with the gas stove. I was worried about the additional costs to repair this and any possible delays just 2 days from settlement. While speaking to Ankur he volunteered to go back to the property and check it again. He did this at 10pm that same evening after a busy day and cleaned the gas nozzles that were blocked. Problem solved. What could have been an expensive fix was easily avoided because ANKUR CARES! In Conclusion, Ankur knows what he is doing! Trust his advice, his gut and his Heart! Thank You
