Not your ordinary agent!

At the start we had planned to sell privately and had it up for a couple of weeks. During this time we had several calls from agents begging us to let them sell it for us and a few who were being pushy and aggressive basically saying I’m an idiot. Got the call from Jennifer and her reasoning was she drove past and seen my home made sign and asked if she could pop in for a chat (first agent to actually want to come see me in person) after this chat and her explaining the process and what she had to offer in terms of marketing and what the market is doing I was more than happy to sign away. Every question that we had was answered straight away and before I could even blink she had a few offers and one offer that was asking price so we sold in just 5 days. Not once was there a hiccup and the entire process was a breeze. We have just built our new dream home and when we sell this place there’s only one name that will selling this for me and that is Jennifer Caulfield.
