We were initially worried that being so popular and busy that Diego would have limited time and attention to give us - we needn't have worried. He has the contacts, supporting team and processes to place to make things happen. We had an offer in less than a week that went unconditional for a great price. Diego went the extra mile, first by sorting some potential hiccups during the purchaser's due diligence activity, and secondly helping us after the deal was made and the fees paid.
