We were not able to sell our house with a previous agency, so asked Josh & Bryce to take over. From the get-go they were excellent communicators, telling us exactly what they would do and why, and very open to our expectations and concerns. They kept their promise of weekly catch ups and followed through exactly on their plan - we were finally able to sell our property and settle in another city. Josh & Bryce were incredibly helpful while we were not in Auckland for the majority of the campaign. They made sure the house was still in good viewable condition for open homes (they inflated beds and tidied gardens etc). They kept us informed about their negotiations and efforts, and we think we could've got a higher offer if we were able to wait a couple more weeks, but due to circumstances we were able to accept the first offer they negotiated for us. We found Josh & Bryce to be very professional and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them to prospective sellers.
