•We found Sarah and her colleague Julie very easy and straight forward to deal with during the purchase process and they gave excellent support after going unconditional. While they were clearly doing a good job for their client, the vendor, the ease and flexibility while dealing with us as a potential purchaser was a key reason why we went ahead. Our recent experience with other agents is they just make things too difficult but this was not the case with Sarah.
We responded to a recommendation about the outstanding care and attention these 2 women offered in the sale of a friend's house. Our initial meeting was lively and very enjoyable and we came away with a very comprehensive brochure and a couple of days later received a video of the property. All looking very attractive. We had a tall order - a quick sale at a good price, while accommodating the tenant who'd been in the property for about a year and was well settled. There were also some repairs we were hoping would wait for the new owner. The property went on the market in December and there were 2 viewings. Before the third, a keen buyer had met the tenant, assured her that he would continue her tenancy, made an unconditional offer and said not to worry about the work needing to be done - he'd do it himself! Everything went through without a hitch and we are so grateful for Julie and Sarah's delightful light touch and extensive professional expertise which made the whole business a breeze - for us!
