Great Negotiator

5 stars Professional, Experienced, and a Skilled Negotiator Adam and I first spoke outside the property, and initially due to my situation, I wasn't going to make any attempt to acquire the property. I was currently renting, and though the property was really well suited to me and what I wanted in a home, the timing wasn't right.
