From the first phone call to Josh and Bryce until the end of our house sale we were highly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism shown to us by both Josh and Bryce. They were punctual, listened to our needs, explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Our house was photographed and advertised within a week of contacting them. We were always updated quickly after open homes and given excellent advice when needed. We found the whole process of selling our house easy to manage. On the day of the auction the team at Harcourts Mt Albert were fantastic. The process of the auction was explained fully and succinctly, and we were made to feel at ease. The auction went smoothly which made for an excellent result. We would totally trust and endorse using Josh and Bryce and the team at Mt Albert and would definitely use them again if we were buying or selling real estate.
