At our first meeting with Nicola, she led us expertly through her preferred method of marketing our property. Her advice was supported by recent sales and statistics for our area and her extensive experience. Nicola answered all our questions and at no stage did we feel under any sales pressure. From the time we listed with Nicola, her professionalism shone through as she took total ownership of the sales process. Her instructions as to what we were required to complete in the form of reports and legalities were very clearly set out. Nicola has a very extensive database of current and potential buyers and she was onto the follow up immediately, as she did following Open Home days. At our weekly face to face meetings with Nicola she reviewed the previous weeks activities in detail and clearly communicated her next steps. Having dealt with a number of Real Estate Agents in previous House Sale and Purchases, it is clear to see why Nicola is held in such high regard. She gives 120% of her time and energy into the sales process and at all times we felt our best interests were being met. Nothing seemed a problem. As an added bonus, Nicola has a charming and warm personality to match her professional expertise. We must also mention her PA, Kelly Brockett, a very important member of the team who supported Nicola at all stages of the sales process and was a real pleasure to deal with and a very good communicator.
