I approached Lee -Anne to view a unit in putaruru, she arranged a viewing with the tenants in a timely manner and communicated clearly as to what would be done to the property once the tenants leave. We turned on taps , lights , opened cupboards and wardrobes . We had a thorough viewing . She also showed me another property to compare with and I felt she had listened to my needs in a home . We talked about the currant buying market I felt reassured in my decision to buy at that time . We negotiated on a price and I liked that she was clear as to the vendors expectations. I would highly recommend Lee-Ann Stuart her professionalism is top notch, she also called to see how I was at times as she understood my situation. She goes above and beyond for clients .
