I can say that Ranvir is a good listener and communicator. He is one of a kind of person who understand every situation and knows how to deal with people whom he speaks to. He listens carefully of what he is talking about and he responds with humbleness and not boasting anything. With regards to the market knowledge, he is knowledgeable enough as he explains the product like the house and in an easy way to understand what he is trying to convey. He knows how to deal with people and answering questions accurately. Regarding with the negotiation skills, I can say that he always put himself to the shoe of others. It has been shown how he talked, how he deliver words that can help to lift up people whom he had a chat with. He has the so called emotional intelligence that he is always calm under pressure. For professionalism, he has the skills like reliability and punctuality, he always comes on time and sometimes earlier when we want to meet him to see the property. In terms of communication, he listens carefully in conversations, answering emails quickly, prompt response in the text messages and if he missed our calls, he always calls back in anytime even out of office hours. Even we have known Ranvir for a very short period of time, I will truly recommend him to others as he is not just a worker, businessman but a simple person with a huge heart.
