We recently sold our home with Sinéad and her amazing team — Jen, Nick, and Elsa — and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d known of Sinéad through my networking circles for a couple of years, so I already had a sense of how she worked. What always stood out to me was her communication style — she’s straight up, honest, and doesn’t muck around. That was hugely important for my husband and me, especially with the ups and downs of preparing for an auction. When things came up, we needed clear and direct communication so we could make good decisions, and that’s exactly what she delivered. At the same time, she has a deep warmth to her personality that made us feel supported and cared for through what could have been a very stressful process. Her team were just as impressive. Jen is warm, approachable, and so easy to connect with. Nick, though young, comes across as really mature and has a natural way of connecting with younger buyers. And Elsa, who looks after the admin side, made sure everything behind the scenes ran smoothly. Together they made the whole process feel professional but also really personal. What gave us the most confidence was knowing Sinéad was always working hard in our best interests. She hustled the whole way through and never stopped pushing for the best outcome. The auction itself was such an eye-opening process — we learned so much, and in the end, it was without a doubt the best decision we could have made. Our house sold at auction for a fair, just price, with none of the uncertainties we might have had otherwise.
