We recently sold our home with Sinéad and her amazing team — Jen, Nick, and Elsa — and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d known of Sinéad through my networking circles for a couple of years, so I already had a sense of how she worked. What always stood out to me was her communication style — she’s straight up, honest, and doesn’t muck around. That was hugely important for my husband and me, especially with the ups and downs of preparing for an auction. When things came up, we needed clear and direct communication so we could make good decisions, and that’s exactly what she delivered. At the same time, she has a deep warmth to her personality that made us feel supported and cared for through what could have been a very stressful process. Her team were just as impressive. Jen is warm, approachable, and so easy to connect with. Nick, though young, comes across as really mature and has a natural way of connecting with younger buyers. And Elsa, who looks after the admin side, made sure everything behind the scenes ran smoothly. Together they made the whole process feel professional but also really personal.
