Mr Liam Keys recently sold my home of 34 years and 10 extra years belonging to late hubby John before we married. No. 79.had always been a loved and safe haven for us and alterations to the property over the years were done so we could have a better way of life. John died in March 2000 so was unable to enjoy the fruits of his labour with me. Winter 2024 came and my health went down hill and I needed to go into Care - so our home had to be sold to allow payment for care. Liam was recommended and I have been extremely grateful and satisfied for his expertise, professionalism and knowledge. Liam advised me and worked with Team Janis who had a very stressful and fast time to move all stuff from house to garage, then under Liam's instructions No. 79 he was ready to work his magic to do all things which needed to be done in prep. for sale. The gracious old Lady,( Our Mama ) was sold in a surprisingly short time for which I am truly thankful for all Liam's expertise with a very pleasing result when things in the Housing Market were not too rewarding.
