Jan was fantastic to deal with from our first meeting to the final stages of selling my home. Her friendly and approachable manner made all of our dealings very relaxed and easy. She showed great understanding of the market and set reasonable and appropriate expectations when valuing the property and outlining what I might expect to receive in terms of offers. Throughout the entire process, I was kept well informed and was very comfortable with how viewings, potential offers and eventually the final acceptance and sale proceeded. Jan showed great empathy to my personal circumstances regarding the selling of the property.
