Both ladies were extremely professional, were always available, and made the process enjoyable and fulfilling. As a purchase 'off the plans' it meant there were options for me to consider, and Cherie and Lisa worked patiently with me as I considered my choices and made several changes during the time frame that was available to do so. The time from signing to possession was over two years, and this meant there were many interactions along the journey, all of which were pleasant and efficient, leading to very satisfactory conclusion.
