$219,000, Is this Invercargill best value buy?
After 36 years in this industry I doubt on today's market you can buy better.
Yes its needs a lift, but look at the price, just $219,000.
We have three bedrooms, open plan dining living, and separate kitchen, a solid constructed dwelling, no weatherboard issues here.
Potential as a first home or start your rental portfolio off with a bang.
In my opinion if there's a better buy out there in the city with this potential then buy it.
