•Steven is an outstanding agent. It’s hard to put into words how seamlessly he made the process of buying a home for us. He took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and promptly alerted us when a property matched the majority of our needs and wants. It’s no surprise this is the third time we’ve chosen to work with Steven. He is charismatic, friendly, and highly approachable, always willing to answer any questions we have. Now that we are moving forward with our purchase, we’re excited to experience Steven’s expertise on the sales side as well. Having interacted with several other agents during our search, we wouldn’t choose anyone else to sell our home.
He was always upfront and honest with property concerns he had, but also happy to take on board our concerns. He had excellent market knowledge of property’s selling around the area and the price range we were looking to achieve and the problems associated. The marketing plan presented to us was very professional and excellent. Although the plan did not need to be fully utilised because of the quick sale, it did bring past viewer’s revisiting. To have a billboard out on the street frontage with photos certainly made people aware the house was for sale. We negotiated the final contract with some small adjustments and overall happy with the final outcome. We should have in hindsight asked Craig to sell the house three months earlier! The house we purchased at that time was sold to us by Craig. We may have got a better price!
