Sharon Jones has perseverance and was able to sell our property in a timely manner

We live in Whangarei and needed to sell a rental property in Invercargill. It was too far away for us to deal with in person, we decided we needed a trustworthy Realtor to act on our behalf. On making enquiries Harcourts had a good reputation, so we decided to list it through them, and Sharon Jones became our agent. We were advised by Harcourts that it wasn't a good time to sell due to Easter etc, however we were keen, so the property went to auction and ended up being passed in. Harcourts were right! However, Sharon was active in following up leads and we eventually sold it, in the time frame we needed, achieving the minimum price that we were happy with, but nothing less in a not so good market. One thing that really impressed me was that Sharon showed perseverance, attending open homes and following up leads until the property was sold.
