Can't thank Mike enough - a great real estate experience for us

We approached Mike to sell our home because he has a regular visual presence in our area and has managed a lot of sales in and around Northwood. His communication from the outset was outstanding, his appraisal of our property was well supported with recent sale information and he was very realistic about the current market. We asked Mike to try an off market sale approach prior to listing it as an auction, knowing that he had buyers who had missed out previously that were looking for a property similar to ours. Mike sent information to his database and internally through the Harcourts network. From this he held one open home and another couple of private viewings that generated 10 groups though and two offers, one of which we negotiated and accepted. We are so grateful for Mike's positivity, integrity and knowledge throughout the whole process. He is a skilled negotiator and he obviously takes note of people that visit his open homes with the hope of finding them something suitable in the future. He has built up a trust with clients and we also put great trust in him to sell our biggest asset and he certainly did not disappoint in any aspect.
