We were referred to Ben through our bank's mortgage manger after pre-approval. Ben was very easy to contact and set up a meeting with us quickly. He listened to us and what we were looking for. We left the first meeting already organised to view a property. This property was our first viewing, and we decided to see what else was within our price range to gauge the market.
