Knowledgeable and proactive

Leading up to the purchase of our new home, Mike gave us the time and space to view the property on several occasions without exerting undue pressure. His knowledge about the property and the location impressed us and he was happy to answer any questions we had. Mike proactively ensured that we were able to view a local facility that was associated with the property purchase. As auction day drew closer he kept us fully informed and was happy to negotiate on our behalf, an earlier settlement date with the vendor. On auction day he spoke with us before proceedings began, then left us in the very capable hands of his colleague, Wendy Sare so that he could work closely with his vendor to secure a successful outcome for both parties.
