When we met Desy she came and and described exactly how buying a 1st house in New Zealand worked with a detailed pamphlet describing the process which agent before her did not with us. She then listened to the past experience we had with looking for houses and then came up with a plan and she understood what we were looking for . She showed us three houses which were all already what we liked . She seemed to have the experience of understanding the market and showing us houses we were actually interested in and not just because they fitted our budget. She helped us with the whole purchase process and worked with our mortgage advisor to make it all happen in buying our dream home .
