Sam and Luke

We had a really good experience with Sam when buying our new house. He was the listing agent for the property and also helped us secure it at auction. His communication was great. He always got back to us promptly and was clear and precise. He explained the whole process really well and made sure we understood what was happening, which was especially helpful as everything happened very quickly. Come auction day, he really was sharp. He knew where we were at and read the room well. He was fast and efficient and kept everything moving without making the process feel too stressful. We wouldn't have got the home without his help. We’d definitely recommend Sam and Luke to anyone buying or selling. And a special shout out to Luke, who was the friendly, fun guy behind the scenes. He remembered my name after meeting me once, despite obviously meeting heaps of people. We suspect he does all the hard yards behind the scenes to make Sam look good!
