Brodie accurately assessed what our needs and hopes were and went to work. He found some places that were close to what we wanted but not quite everything. This enabled us to get a very good idea of what was out there and what it was worth. He always answered his phone or responded promptly to any message we left. This gives one confidence that our questions were at the top of his list. He found the property we finally bought and was of great assistance in the complicated process of the actual purchase.
