Disappointingly Jarod was acting for the vendor and I was the purhcaser. That said I have bought and sold numerous homes so have seen how agents moperate on both sides. Jarod in a calm and considered manner took me through the sale process and I was actualy impressed how well he looked after the vendors interests. He was honest and to the point and explained the features and benefits of the p[roperty very well. If I am looking at selling in future I will certainly consider using Jarod and would have no hesitation in recommending him to my family and friends.
