Buyer's agent

Alan was beside me every step of the way on my journey to purchase my new home. I was looking for a Christchurch home but lived out of town so I I gave Alan the criteria I was looking for in a new home. His understanding of the market and types of homes available meant he was able to schedule viewings of properties that most closely met my criteria. He worked with other agents to enable viewings to happen within the timeframe that I was in town. He even took me to a couple that on first glance I may not have chosen but as he got to know my preferences he knew they would help me in the selection process. Once I had identified a property I liked, he attended the auction, and bid on my behalf. His professionalism and communication style made the whole process less stressful and we got a good outcome.
