Calm and collected with great insight
We met Naushad by chance while viewing a property, and was extremely helpful, especially as first home buyers. He was calm and collected and made sure we took our time and make sure we chose the right home. After losing two properties that we were interested in, he kept us relaxed and found a lot of properties that ticked our boxes, eventually finding the one we would buy and guided us through the process. We cannot recommend him enough!

After a chance meeting at a Random open home i meet Naushad he was very Pleasant and super helpful asked all the right questions he helped me through the process well I was first time buyer and Naushad guided me along the way every step of the way he was contactable anytime either by phone txt or email response after a few open homes I found the perfect first home Naushad went to a auction on my behalf as I couldn’t attend due to work kept me upto date throughout and went into negotiations for me and secured my home for me this is the guy you want to represent you he gave 110% into been my agent nothing was a problem I’m now in my first home and part of that is because of Naushad and his commitment to me and representing the company with integrity trust and professionalism I couldn’t rate any higher
