Hannah makes a stressful process fun!

Hannah was instrumental in helping us buy our first house - a restored 1940s cottage! From our wide initial search to homing in on this house Hannah was helpful, friendly, a great communicator and super knowledgeable - our way finder and sense maker in a stressful and sometimes confusing process. In our initial search Hannah helped us refine our open home list and had intel on additional properties not on TradeMe. Throughout this wide search Hannah was supportive and patient offering great advice when we needed it and answering questions about different suburbs and builds but always gave us the space to decide if we liked or didn't like a property. Once we found the spot we wanted she expertly helped us prepare for auction and ensured our due diligence was done and dusted for the day. This was tricky and required a bit of a 'heavy lift' and lots of back and forth with lenders and insurance as the property is older. Hannah navigated this perfectly and help us get it all sorted in time for auction. And on the day... she closed the deal winning in the auction rooms with us on the phone.
