Our experience with Art Devine as a real estate agent.

We first met Art in March 2023.We werewantingto relocate from Blenheim to Amberley. Our communication in the beginning was by phone and our request was, could he help us? His telephone connection was pleasant and within a week he had sourced 6 properties to view on Saturday afternoon.Meeting him was an instant connection, surprising us with the properties he had selected. We have sold and bought farms and residential properties over 50 years so were familiar with selling and buying agents. Over the course of the afternoon we were impressed with his patience and his ability to assess the prose and cons of each. H e gave us ample time to view and discuss various points we had not observed. It was a pleasure to walk and chat, not like some agents who are inclined to rush through an inspection looking at their watches every 5 minutes. Art would be an assest to any real estate business in whatever capacity. He is polite, friendly and knows his figures in any areas he is connected to. We came away with a great property feeling he was like the son that we never had.
