Off market unicorn

Blair worked with us over a period of six months unrelentingly trying to find us a home in the school zone that we needed. He was patient and being new to town showed us a lot of different areas and gave honest feedback as to various locations and homes we looked at. He was pivotal in finding us an off market listing we were able to negotiate without having to go through the auction process which ultimately meant we secured the home of our dreams.
