Joy has helped me a lot with my house hunting! She gave me better options that is within my budget and inputs to the houses that I viewed. She knows what to watch out for during home viewing (of which I have less to none of knowledge at the start). I gave her my financial limits, suburbs that I am hoping to live in and, availability for home viewing and she made my journey to my first home as smooth as possible. She can be easily reached even during off-office hours. Even during negotiations with the vendors, Joy has been one beep away with my questions about the terms and technicalities of the paper works and process them on time.
