Ash is a very warm friendly and positive person.
From our very first meeting, Ash was exceptionally accommodating. Even though there were only five minutes left on the open home, he warmly encouraged our family to take our time and look around. That initial flexibility set the tone for the entire process, and we ultimately ended up buying the house. Because we live in another city and spent so little time at the property initially, we had numerous follow-up questions once we returned home. Ash was incredibly patient, helpful, and always willing to clarify details. I felt comfortable with him and Shar from the beginning
I felt listened to, supported and comfortable with both Ash & Shar. My son had used their expertise earlier and couldn't speak more highly of them. I was kept well informed on what was happening leading up to my auction. I never felt they mislead me at any time and I think they were very realistic on price. They are still in touch which is lovely.. From the bottom of my heart I thank them.
