Smooth process

As a first time buyer a lot of things were foreign to me but Daniel was happy to provide clear explanations and communication. His research and knowledge of the townhouse market was great. I appreciated his adaptability to working around my shift work schedule and meeting with me after hours if needed. He made me feel at ease during the whole process and I never once felt like I was being pressured into anything that wasn't in my best interests.
