We would use Ash again

Ash is really good to work with. He is honest and his level of communication is at the right level. He doesnt put pressure on to sell but helps you to make a decision that you are comfortable with. He understand old houses and the challenges of selling an older house. There were a number of things that he did to help with supplying garden furniture to a rug for another room. Whilst we didnt achieve the dollars we thought the house was worth it was not because of the approach that Ash took, it was just the market and the challenges of selling on a busy road and an older house. Ash is easy going and didnt pressure us just to get a sale which we really appreciated.
