We came across a property marketed by Kate very late in our quest to purchase in the Hawke's Bay. From the moment we spoke on the phone, Kate proved herself to be extremely competent and honest as she established upfront whether or not our budget met the expectation of the Vendor, so as not to waste her Vendor's time or ours. We appreciated this clarification prior to visiting the property because we had been caught up in a situation with the purchase of a previous property where the Realtor had mislead us considerably on price from the very outset! Kate is very generous with her time, having arranged and attended multiple visits to the property so our builder, valuer and family members could view the property. Dealing with Kate has been a pleasure - she's professional and very personable, her attention to detail is meticulous, her communication extremely prompt, and her knowledge of the property (with quite tricky boundaries and a myriad of special features) very comprehensive and accurate. Kate's commitment to her Vendor was apparent throughout our entire dealings with her.
